Not applicable. Kashi Boat Rides is a service business — we book boat rides and river tourism experiences on the Ganga in Varanasi. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, and no shipping, courier, or delivery charges apply to any booking made through our Platform.

What "delivery" means for us

Instead of a physical product being shipped, your booking is "delivered" as a scheduled river experience:

Once a booking is confirmed, you receive a booking reference and OTP instantly, within the app.
Your ride takes place at the pickup ghat, date, and time you selected at booking.
No physical item is ever sent to your address.

Digital confirmations

Booking confirmations, OTPs, and receipts are delivered digitally — within the app, and by WhatsApp or email where applicable. There is no postal or courier delivery involved at any stage.
